Our handmade Olive Wood Truffle Slicer is fantastic for shaving any variety of fresh truffle. With an adjustable blade, paper thin slices or thick meaty hunks are easily and elegantly produced. This slicer is also lovely for garlic, chocolate, or cheese, so long as it is gently hand-washed between uses.

This shaver is made in Italy, and should only be washed by hand.
